If you have general questions about Little Otter or need help scheduling an appointment, you can:

  • Use our Chatbot: Our chatbot can guide you through frequently asked questions, or you can submit a message for our team to follow up via email within 24 hours.

2. Clinical or Medical Concerns ( Active Clients Only)

If you have specific concerns about your child’s care or need to speak with your assigned clinician, please contact your Little Otter care team directly through the Little Otter app. You can send secure messages to your clinician and schedule appointments as needed. Our clinicians aim to respond to inquiries within one business day.

Please note that Little Otter is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or your child is experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact the following 24-hour support lines for immediate help:

  • In Case of Emergency: Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
