When do I have to pay for services?

All scheduled sessions are automatically billed to the credit card on file 23hrs prior to a session to align with our >24 cancellation/reschedule policy (found here). You will receive a receipt when the invoice is processed.

If the credit card is declined, we will contact you directly to coordinate an alternate method of payment. Please note, if there is an outstanding balance on your account, your care may be interrupted or terminated until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
