If you need to cancel an appointment, log into the Little Otter app, expand the top banner that reads and select "View and edit full schedule." Click on the appointment you wish to cancel*.
You may also cancel your appointment by reaching out to help@littleotterhealth.com or 415-449-2813.and letting us know the date of the appointment you wish to cancel.
*Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the full appointment cost. Cancelling or rescheduling prior to that time can be done at no cost. Missing an appointment will also incur a charge of 100% of the full appointment cost.
