Can I cancel/reschedule an assessment session?

At your initial Welcome Call, your Care Lead will discuss the importance of the assessment period and the ideal schedule to provide high-quality care. For this reason, we ask that once you have scheduled your assessment appointments you do not reschedule or miss any appointments during this essential period. Missed or rescheduled appointments during this period will be charged at full appointment cost regardless of when the appointment is canceled or rescheduled.
