# How do I schedule an appointment?

- If you would like to speak to a licensed provider and begin your care, please schedule your initial Kickoff Call by creating your [Little Otter account](https://app.littleotterhealth.com/login/). The registration process will prompt you to schedule your first session and you're set!
- Once you’ve had your Kickoff Call, your care team will schedule your assessment and recurring sessions. However additional scheduling requests can be made directly to your care team via your [Little Otter profile](https://app.littleotterhealth.com/login) messaging.<https://app.littleotterhealth.com/>
