Can I reschedule an appointment versus cancel, avoiding a cancellation fee?

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the full appointment cost. Cancelling or rescheduling prior to that time can be done at no cost. Missing an appointment will also incur a charge of 100% of the full appointment cost.
